I don't understand the part about Susan Tanner not being able to reply for two weeks? She can certainly participate in this thread if she wants to, I think. Why are you her mouthpiece? Why did they take the guestbook off line? I am glad that they read the thread. Actually, I know that they read the thread (see my post several weeks ago). I wonder how they (management) responded to the postings, and I wonder how they responded to the backlash on their guest book.
