The company wanted shareholder approval to do a split; however, remember, they indicated they had no future plans to implement a split. I believe they wanted to be prepared to take action to increase the per share price in case the company got in danger of being delisted. Truthfully, I forgot to ask if the split and the increased # of shares were approved at the annual meeting or not. Guess I'll find out with the next 10Q. I anticipate more guidance from the company in the 10Q about their long term stragetic plan for the company. I'm also hoping they get the debt settlement done that they are trying to work with existing creditors. This is a risky stock with long term potential. The company still has hurdles to overcome but I think it's worth the risk of a small sum of $$$.
