DVID just spun off its DVS Korea division in an IPO.

The value of the IPO shares (which were 50% of DVS Korea) are worth $19M -- which is maybe $2.50/share for DVID share holders (since DVID has 6M - 7M shares oustanding). DVID still owns 50% of DVS Korea -- that means if DVID had nothing more than DVS Korea, it would be worth over $5/share.

Yet it's trading at $2.68.

And will probably announce a quarterly profit FROM OPERATIONS of .60+ per share in mid November.

lol
