Thanks for the quote Richard. It then begs the questions:

1. Is bearish the same as bear or is it only 2/3rds bear?
2. If bearish is not the same as bear, what would cause it to become fully bear?
3. If bearish is the same as bear, why not sell out and stay the heck out of the market until the model becomes non-bearish?
