Tiger: thanks you answered my question. the recession of 90 ended in Tx many years before 43. you were implying that it never ended, that it carried on from 41 through to 43.

you mention the bank crisis in TX that was lingering in 90. did it have anything to do with the S&L crisis? Which was a Congress mess not a Presidents.

you are indeed a mixed up individual. the idea that tax cuts create reccesions! ask JFK and Ronaldus. What you might not realize is that Federal spending is and has been going through the roof for years and crowding out any tax cuts.
