It is safe, compared to, say, EMC. Gotta keep perspective. Your safe portfolio will only be down 50%, while my not-so-safe portfolio is down 90%. Just incredible. I thought the bad news was in EMC, when it hit 5 (down from 105). But it warns, and drops a further 25% today.
