Two comments about PTT during the GS conference.... - Sprint stated that they would make a go/no-go decision by the end of the year on PTT. - Alltel stated that they were having increasing interest in PTT. They are now seeing sub 5 second initialization latency in the lab. They dont have a firm plan on if they will roll it out but just said that it had become "pretty interesting". I'm not a PTT user so it is tough for me to tell what is a deal breaker on PTT. If you can get it down to 3 seconds does it become interesting? The CDMA version is supposed to be full-duplex so I would think that would help. As always....time will tell. Slacker
