Nobody has a clue about the markets except you, Mind Zero. There are stock markets in the world which do not permit shorting but work very well. How much is the short interest in US markets? Just a few percent. There have been times when it was below one percent. Do you mean to tell me that there was no liquidity then? Did Osama Bin Laden short stocks before 9/11? It seems very likely. For a Great American Patriot, you sure have a strange way of showing your love of country. I am sure Osama hopes that there are many more Great American Patriots like you. You are not a Great American Patriot even in your own mind, Mind Zero.
