Nope, I think you are missing a point here mishedlo. btw I was bought up a Catholic too.

It's like all these religions are like native born Australians wondering about Britain (who ruled the empire). Are all the people there criminals? As all the British people they have met are "poms". Various differences of opinion occur.

The fact is each religion might have some aspect of the truth in it. Considered all together, what common element in each might lead to some enlightened ideas.

Each religion grew up within the circumstances of the people living in that local environment. No big deal if there are differences.

The worst thing to do is put on the "scientific" stupid hat, and then act like it's all logical from the local point of view -g-
