I think I finally found out why LVLT rose for a couple of days.
This is hilarious! LOL!
It seems that a rumor was started that Cogent Communications was going to file for bankruptcy this week.
Instead, Cogent released some good news and there was no indication of possible bankruptcy.
They recently announced that they are expanding, and they released news about how its recently purchased PSI network is ready to provide colocation services.
Cogent was smashing LVLT with their bandwidth prices, and now they are going to crush LVLT with colocation as well.
I don't know if Cogent is going to survive, but if they do, then LVLT for sure is not.
Cogent price per Mbps = $10.
Level 3 price per Mbps = $200 to $525.

Level 3 is a joke!
