I'm kinda curious about that myself. New law states that insiders have to report in 2 days, but not sure if that is totally in effect right now. Maybe Co initiated shares right plan instead of buying just yet. Maybe waiting til complete restructuring finished...Have available cash now & looking to buy some more...just trying to be better on my timing...
