Selective disclosure.. Investment Bankers - as most people who have looked at OTCBB know, they can be very oddly connected - Can still receive selective disclosure. It is quite clear that it must be so, as otherwise they have no basis for assesment. I'd say that it ought to be only certified and regulated (similar to traders certification and regulation) VC's and IB's that are allowed the selective disclosure.
