To All: Look at the big picture...

I know that there are currently posts claiming various prices for IOMG after hours. Let me just say that I do not have access to this after-hours trading info. and do not even want to speculate on what IOMG will open up at tomorrow! Let me just take a few minutes to remind you of what has happended leading to today...

During the past appx. 2 months, IOMG has seen its stock price fall to as low as 19 7/8 from as high as 55! This was inspite of nothing but positive press releases from Iomega. To some extent this, as many agree, has been healthy for the stock. The entire stock market, especially the high-tech sector has been under heavy re-specualtion.

There was a period of two weeks when many agree there were some "strange" things going on with the stock price, including the Cabot Newletter having IOMG on its recommended list only to take it off its recommendation list 2 days later...based on no apparent explanation or change in IOMG fundamentals.

There had been a great deal of concern about the ability of IOMG to keep up with the demand...then there was concern about speculations about IOMG having too much Jaz drive in supply and thus the $50 rebate. Today, prior to the Q2 earnings report, IOMG announced that they were under the process of buying out a new plant to be used to increase the manufacturing of their drives....Any one still think that IOMG is doing the $50 rebate because IOMG has too much supply? IOMG is in a position to do something no other removable-storage manufacture can currently do....make its removable drives THE STANDARD REMOVABLE DRIVE IN THE COMPUTER INDUSTRY. IOMG has great products, but more importantly great business and marketing strategies...IOMG DRIVES WILL BECOME THE STANDARD. It may not happen next week but it will happen...it is inevitable.

There have been a lot of negative press from the "press" over the past few weeks and the result...IOMG DID BEAT ESTIMATES...by 10%...not as high as some on this board had estimated but look at the past year...IOMG is on the right path and has the products and know-how to perhaps become the "next Microsoft". Think about it....Look at the big picture...
