You may have missed it but 9.11 happened on Mr. Bush's watch. He had absolutely no interest in terrorism during the election campaign. In fact he complained about American Arabs being hassled at airports. See one of the debates, the second if I remember correctly. The Arabs were just voters to Mr. Bush back then.
