1. If you are looking at these to establish a company's viability, it is probably wise to stay away.

2. If you are looking at these to establish a floor in the stock price, think 70-80% of cash/share in this kind of market.

3. If you are looking at these to pick stocks to own for the next bull market, I think you are making a big mistake.
