Hu Jintao will be keen to have them investing so that he has a $multitrillion economy to run and the biggest country on earth. That must be a lot of fun for somebody who enjoys that sort of thing. Chinese definitely want to talk and cerf. QUALCOMM is the only way they can do that. They have decided that is true. So, I'm now invested in China. And China's bosses are now deciding that 450MHz is ideal for those wonderful phragmented photons to swoop around, reaching into the far nooks and crannies of rural China and penetrating any buildings.
