I cant imagine xoma would sign a deal that would agree to the level of commitment to date. However, like iraq, its not the agreement, but the implementation and enforcement.
Does xoma wish to continue to let baxter "slide" cause they
"think" their intentions are genuine or are they going to enforce and risk some abrasiveness? Well to xomas defense,
xoma did go after biosite. Do I think xoma is happy with baxter? No I do not. They have tolerated them thusfar, but like iraq, there is a time to put up or give up. Girior has brought the possibility of a new factor. A rapid sepsis test perhaps. I dont know if thats what he is thinking, but I am thinking thats what a smart doc would do. I think girior is intent to save lives regardless of regulatory ineptitude. God forgive the idiots that wont grant orphan status. Lives have already been lost. All IMO. standard Ks
