You seem to be clued into the E.X.R. developments. EXR is a joint venture partner on the Lip and War properties owned by Condor(cod-V)It is situated south of Ice hole #34 and properties border each other. Distance from Cod property and #34 is about 1000 meters.EXR are not specifying that this property is a J.V. with condor on their new maps which has pissed off condor. What do you make of this and is there potential in condor now trading at .13$.
