I don't like CRA too much even though its trading below cash. Management does not have a real business model, IMO. In the pharma/device sector, I like BAX, currently trading with a 13.5 PE. In the biotech sector I like companies with pharma collaborations (CRGN, MLNM) or you may just look at a well managed closed end fund with a 15-20% discount to net asset value HQH, HQL.
