because, when you salvage what you can from junk you have to put it somewhere safe -- it's a rush to safety -- it is very bearish -- after stocks are done crashing -- then bonds can be sold -- but it will be a while, IMO

Not a question of IF the bad debts of FNM and FRE will be socialized, only when ... aren't you so glad how the Clinton-Rubin era allowed so many more poor people to afford housing ... back door social program.
