Perhaps not so optimistic as some would have you believe. Just look at the trend in Bulls vs. Bears, and the trend is down for the bulls while the bears are about to move into the driver's seat. This week and next I predict you'll see two weeks of just what you were looking for. Have you seen the recent reports that CEO's are now talking about recovery in 2003, and not being terribly optimistic about it?
