Steve- After the previous quarter's conference call, dlc mentioned that OPTI disclosed it had a minority ownership in a company named Tripath: exchange2000.com. Is this the company they now want to sell? It struck me as an intriguing relationship. Any thoughts on why they are selling? One wonders if they are battening down the hatches in anticipation of more quarters of hemmoraging, or what the reason might be. They don't seem to be in any urgent need of cash: perhaps they are eyeing other acquistions, which would probably not be in our short term interests. Larry
