Ron, thanx for keeping us up to date. Your question is certainly a good one based on the info on the news article you've shared. It says "Zilog shareholders have the right to get 25 bucks a share, but in no event may they retain More than 2% of the company." Uh, I dont get it. What if 3% or more say "we want to hold on"...then what. Oh well, Hopefully, this transaction will be transparent to MSU. Take it easy.
