Andy: Hello, good to have you back. It appears from the last earnings announcement that John Hagedorn is doing quite a good job at strengthening the finances of this company. I was surprised to see gross margins at 56% considering the relatively fixed SG&A for VCD and its revenue drop. Do you have any comments about this and the elimination of the $24.5mm foundry payment?
