GURUMAN,

I try to think why they wouldn't use a vesting approach for
stock options since in this case the long term becomes more
important. One reason might be the inability to attrach the
top candidates who do want to risk having to be at a company
for 5 years or so before they can exercise all their options.

I read about the new Network Computers with full motion video.
I think you may be confusing these with Oracle's Net PC product.
These are not stand-alone products, but more like terminals
that must be connected to a company's network.

I'm not sure the status of the S.F. station, but I hope all is
going well the upgrade plan. I would hope the sales force is
working hard to land more contracts like these. I think
the biggest and best TV Stations are well area of what TEK has
to offer, it's just a matter of making it happen.

I'm glad to see the stock price sticking at the low 60's. I was
afraid it would jump back down given the volatile market.
