thats a pretty incredible deal, 1/3 of a current sebl share for an option over $40. Everybody is going to take that. Had it been 1/3 current share for any option over 10 it might have been more of a tell as far as where the stock is heading from the employees pov.

edit: my guess is they came up with the 1.85 share price prior to this recent sebl decline to the 5s.
