I think Tip was the best Speaker of the House we ever had. <g> I don't like Tips at this time. They've had a run, but I don't think inflation is coming back. If that is the case, then the prices will probably be readjusted to where they were at this time of the year in 2001, which was much lower. People have to fear inflation for these things to look good.
