Yes, yes cacaito, you are right. Of course they had orphan status. I was speaking out of anger. I meant compassionate use status. Apparently the fda has no compasssion when it comes to letting kids die of meningo. At least they could do is let the docs use it if they think its helpfull as it seems to be safe and seems to work.
