either a fast war or no war but whatever happens, Bush better get online about this economy or he and his party are going to be in a world of hurt next election. The real estate mkt starts to decline in the hot areas on the east coast and that is going to bring this economy home to everybody... right now its still mostly the "investor class" that is devastated.
