Bush's policies have been expantionary (except for a couple mistakes like the steel tariff). The Fed is pumping, too. One problem we have was going from President Goodfeel to President Punchtheirlightsout. LOL! Larry Kudlow says the money supply is too tight. And there is no excuse for sitting on that investor tax package, maybe its just symbolic but something needs to be done.
