There is no new technology for breaking water bonds. Just like it takes 100 pounds of force to hold a hundred pounds of weight. It takes x amount of energy to separate Hydrogen from Oxygen, the energy value is known and is a constant. That conversion is inefficient and does not pay back. You guy's can dream all you want, there are some things that don't change. The source of hydrogen for fuel cells is from fossil fuels.
