i hope that would be true, though i am bit skeptical.

of course there may come a day when you can down a pharmaceutical after having ingested 2 big macs, large fries and 32 oz. coke...and miraculously the deleterious effects disappear.....my hope would be something more akin to antabuse for high fat/cholesterol foods <vbg>

also, the other issue is if people routinely start living past 100, some very serious economic repercussions from that....(i believe our current SS system is still actuarially based on the original life span (at the time) early 60's? something like that?).....we're just beginning to see the economic pressures being brought to bear on the "supporting" demographic.
