The only problem I have with that is that the neckline runs through that spike high at 109.77. Furthermore, the inverse H&S is contrary to the primary trend, which is down. However, the indicators are mixed enough that it is something we need to watch closely.

The biggest difficulty I have with that is the extremely high implied target. It has to get to nearly 112 just to hit the neckline again, and the target would be 3.5 points above that (115.5).
