Of course the UN is blameless in Israel right??

Like when 3 Israeli soldiers were kidnapped by Hezbollah terrorists and the UN initially denied possessing (lied) and then refused to cough up the video tape which has footage of the vehicles involved in the kidnapping...

ahram.org.eg

That's a wonderful "service" the UN is providing on the "observation" front... Only "see" what the Israelis are doing, and never "see" what the other guys up to..

Especially when Israeli soldiers are kidnapped and killed by non-state terrorist organizations like Hezbollah..

Is is any wonder that IDF soldiers might "harass" UN observers by not permitting them "carte blanche", or by inspecting their vehicles due to Red Cross, Red Cresent, and other "neutral" vehicles being used to transport combatants??

Neither the Israelis, NOR the UN are innocent in this regard... But the UN forces have an obligation, by virtue of their very mission, to be objective and helpful to ALL sides, including Israel.
