This is one ugly market. - People will not commit money bc they have seen too much of their savings evaporate and/or they have been laid off. - TA does not say buy since the trend is clearly down. - FA does not say to buy these cos. since they are reporting bad news. No analyst is interested in discounting future cash flows for the group. They are only interested in the performance of next week or next month. In short, EVERYTHING is against us. This market is at once depressing, vexing and maddening. I hope to never live through another market such as we are seeing. It seems people want to get on board top-class names and get the reward without taking any risk whatsoever......the negativity is feeding on itself and what we get is a downward spiral. At some point, even the worst of all possible news is priced in when the group is dropping 5% a day. I believe we are well past a mere pricing in of poor news. </rant> BK
