Agree. The housing market is definitely a tease. You know the saying...the market's irrationality will always outlast your liquidity. The housing thing has continued to amaze him how well it has held up. But I am beginning to see houses sit on the market longer now. Very regional situation, but still a possible mellowing out. I can't see how the kinds of prices folks were getting a month ago (and aren't now) can hold. The REIT's are good candidates for shorting perhaps, especially the mortgage ones like NLY and IMH. Which housing and mortgage things are you shorting? CONGRADS on holding on to that JPM short! wr
