So the IDF says they raided a Hamas weapons factory and the Palestinians say all the dead were innocent civilians. Naturally Kofi Annan rushes to believe the Palestinians, as their track record for factual accuracy has been so splendid up 'til now (massacre in Jenin anybody?).

You do realize that Gaza is one place where, when the Palestinians say

The IDF opened fire on a hospital

and the IDF says

we raided a Hamas weapons factory

that it's not only possible, but likely, that in this instance both sides are telling the truth?
