Wasn't that long ago that S&P thought EP was ahead of the curve on the debt front. Maybe a month or so? Perhaps this California ruling shook the mix up. Remember CA would like to extract their pound of flesh.

Personally I would avoid all the IPP's until everything shakes out. A couple of BK's would put pressure on the entire sector. DUK is the one to buy when one feels the bottom is in. Which has yet to come IMO.
