Mul, Scab firm is absolutely not an achronistic term. It was weakening of the unions that allowed many of the financial shenanigans of the 90s to take place. Could you imagine telling Sam Gompers that you were going to pay his workers minimum wage, but give them options on a company's stock when said co. didn't have any earnings? <g>

Most folks are worried about technology taking their jobs. Technology is user friendly (well, sort of <g>) and folks can be retrained instead of laid off en masse.

Where did you get the average pay of $100K? I haven't seen that in print. I have seen "up to $100K," which isn't the same thing.

Ah, that wee fascist Ford's company is getting its comeuppance now. <g>
