Jim The TA on EP may suck (how could it not?) but this crazy volatility is making it a great trader. I made about .70 on 20K a couple of weeks ago and got 30K at 4.96 this morning. Will hold for at least a buck. The reaction to the FERC ruling has been absolutely nuts. The largest FERC fine has been 25M and the stock has lost at least 10B. I hope the full FERC concludes that the judge was incorrect in his ruling. I do have a problem with the idea that it was politically motivated. Why would a 78 year old judge from Tennessee appointed during the Nixon administration try to help Gray Davis get reelected? Lets just hope the old fella wasn't thinking clearly but I think I will be long gone by the time the full FERC rules. John
