True enough, and he could have engaged on a public relations campaigning about this before announcing first his determination to invade Iraq, and, much later, after having failed to produce intelligence he claimed to have had, falling back in "the mere threat is enough".

This-after-the-fact justification does not win him any points (what was I saying about incompetence?)...

p.s. I do not oppose force against Iraq, its just that Bush has not done enough diplomatic prep work. The son of the president who lead a 100 nation coalition in war should know that better than anybody else... Ironic, if not yet tragic.
