Meanwhile, S-3 filings totalling 5,666,490 shares have turned up the past few days. We also now know our investors:

First $4 million: Sanchez, Ryan, Cook and something called the "1988 Spendthrift Trust"
Second $4 million: Cornelius Egan (White Rock Capital), TexRock, and Haywood
Conditional $8 million: HFTP Investment LLC, Gaia Offshore Master Fund, Caerus Fund

Confirmed: HFTP and Gaia Offshore are instruments of the dreaded Promethean Asset Management LLC. Scroll to the end of this page:
