He's had the weapons, except nukes, for more than 10 years. He hasn't given them to anyone yet and didn't use them against us in 90. If he gave them to someone else, you think we couldn't trace them? Don't you think he knows that and what would happen to him then? But if we invade him, don't you think he would use them then?
