If Bush had any knowledge of the situation, his answer would have reflected more intelligence...instead he chose to play to a group of conservatives that had badmouthed CLinton over his Balkan policy. He was also covering his butt and avoiding a discussion of a subject he knew nothing about........................no conservative could bring himself to admit the guy is a phony and a liar so it wouldn't matter to his core constituents.
