Welcome back, Chris! Bob, thanks for keeping things going and providing much food for thought. I think developing a "model" for picking the cream of the crop is a very good idea. Perhaps Chris and other TA'ers could suggest which combination of a few indicators seem to pack the most punch, even without refinement by the many others the true TA people use. That way people who'd like to use it to some advantage without spending large amounts of time could concentrate on the most important indicators to improve results - both for entry and exit! I am beginning to understand what I have read in everybody's books from Elder to Schwager - discipline and money management are the key, even above good picks. Have gotten burned not using it, so NOW I know what they meant! Working on developing my own method of getting in and getting out so I can develop the discipline muscles. Find that diversification helps that, it's hard to "love" a stock as it drops if I haven't fixated on it's "story." Thanks to you all for such good information. Bev
