After-hours trading etc...

Here are the facts:

According to my entrusted broker friend, the last after-hour trade
on IOMG occurred at around 17:15pm at 25. He also said most trades
after-hour were trading at or slightly above 25, with some odd looking
trades like 26, 27 etc. interspersed. His comment was that since no
body is sure how the market will react tomorrow, people wanting out
were not getting a fair price. From his experience, most after-hours
traders get taken for a ride, so the jury is still out on this one.

Now, my spin:

I think IOMG will open at around 25 in the morning and trade into the
low 20's before staging a come back. CNBC is right that chatroom
expectations were too high. The fools at The Motley Fool for example
suggested a 14 cents a share earning!!! What a bunch of fools! This
caused too many investors to expect too much from IOMG. And when the
actual number came in at just 1 penny over the lone street estimate,
investors could not contain their disappointment and sold into an
uncertain market after-hours. Even though the numbers look real
decent, I'm afraid the psychological damage done is going to have a
very negative impact on the stock near term.

My suggestion:

Wait out the first half hour of trading and get in at the low 20's.
You shall be rewarded in just time.

Other stocks:

Most stocks with positive earnings announcements after the close today were trading lower. SUNW, NSCP to name few. Trading on LSI was
unavailable. That stock will probably suffer tomorrow. On the
flip side, SERA surprised everyone with a pretty decent report and
will likely be rewarded.
