Charlie Rose on PBS had an interesting show tonight. George Will was on for the first half-hour, making the case for (a) armed conflict with Iraq and (b) why George W. Bush is in the same class with Eisenhower and Reagan. Will was followed by Michael Moore, whose new film, "Bowling for Columbine," dissects Americans' fascination with firearms and will be released in theaters this month. Included in the film is a segment in which Charlton Heston walks out of an interview (in Heston's home) in which Moore challenged Moses and his gun-nut buddies for staging a pro-gun rally in Columbine just days after the school massacre there.

I wonder how "sedition" translates into Yiddish.
