I will pose this question to the thread using amat as an example. Pick a high/low range for amat stock in 2004. If one elected to sell at the high what would the gain or loss be. Any analyst worse his or her salt should be looking at amat 2 years out in this manner. We as investors should be too. Yes for trader there will be other groups that move first. Lets say the bank are a group that does. Compare prospects two years for citibank and amat. Which do you buy? Mike
