Most of the multi-car garages are going for boarders here. Several of the new owners are moving in with boarders. Next door neighbor has top floor with one family and the bottom basement floor rented out. Immigration and empty-nesters are more apt to sublet. Not good for on-street parking. More loads of trash left on the street.
