take a peak at the dollar index this is what I see happening: the crooks are just rotating money now, today dump the INDU-buy techs, yesterday dump techs-ramp the INDU, yesterday CSCO, INTC, LRCX all new lows this way, it keeps people in the game, makes things look good, so to speak, keeps the tech hope alive this thing is coming unglued IMO
